Free consultation & course matching
A focused call with an advisor to match you with the course and university that fit your interests, grades and budget.
We always start by listening: what you want to study, the grades you actually have, and the budget your family is working with. Then we hand you a shortlist of three real universities and programmes, with an honest read on the trade-offs of each — no generic lists, no unrealistic promises.

University admissions
We prepare the file, submit it, and chase the university until your offer letter lands.
Once the university is chosen we take the administrative half off your hands entirely: assembling documents, translating and attesting them where required, submitting the formal application, and chasing the university's international admissions office week by week. You get a clear update at every stage and never have to chase anyone yourself.

Student visa (EMGS)
End-to-end guidance through the EMGS process until your approval letter is issued.
Malaysia's student visa runs through EMGS, and it's the step where most applications stall — a photo that doesn't meet spec, an incomplete medical. We check every document before it's uploaded, track the application until the approval letter (eVAL) is issued, then walk you through exactly what happens at the airport and afterwards.

English language programmes
Help choosing the right centre and programme if you need to raise your English before university.
Plenty of students don't have the IELTS band they need at the point of applying — that's completely normal. We work with ten accredited language centres across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and help you compare them on fees, daily contact hours, student-visa eligibility, and how close they sit to the university you're heading to.

Airport pickup
A Jusoor representative meets you at KLIA and travels with you to your accommodation.
Landing in a new country for the first time, after a long flight and with heavy bags, is not the moment to work out how the transport system runs. Our representative is in the arrivals hall, helps with luggage and transport, gets you to your accommodation, and lets your family know you arrived safely.

Post-arrival support
Medical check, visa activation, university registration, accommodation, and your whole first week.
Our relationship with you doesn't end at the airport gate. Your first week needs an approved medical within seven days, visa activation, university registration, a local SIM, and sometimes a bank account. We walk you through those steps and stay reachable for the rest of your studies.

How we're funded
Why you pay us nothing
Our advisory service is funded by partner universities once a student enrols. You pay Jusoor nothing — not before the consultation, not during it, and not after.
That means we earn when you find the right place and stay in it, not when you spend more. University fees themselves are paid directly to the university, never through us.
