These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jusoor Consultancy. We recommend you read them carefully before proceeding.

Jusoor provides the following services to prospective and current students:

The specific services provided to each client will be agreed upon at the time of engagement. Services not explicitly agreed upon in writing are not included in any package or consultation.

Important: Any submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information by the client — to Jusoor, to a university, or to any immigration authority — will result in immediate termination of our services without refund and may carry serious legal consequences.

All fees for Jusoor's services will be communicated clearly before engagement. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or USD as agreed, and are subject to change. Quoted fees are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Full payment details will be provided upon confirmation of services.

A non-refundable registration or consultation fee may be required upfront to initiate services. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in suspension or termination of services.

University application fees, EMGS student pass fees, medical examination fees, and any other third-party charges are not included in Jusoor's service fees and remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Please read this section carefully. Jusoor provides consultancy and support services only. We do not guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, or any other outcome. All final decisions rest solely with the relevant university, the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), or other competent authorities.

Our role is to guide, prepare, and support your application to the best of our professional ability. Rejection of an application — whether by a university or by immigration authorities — does not entitle the client to a refund of Jusoor's service fees unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

All content on the Jusoor website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Jusoor Consultancy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Documents prepared by Jusoor on behalf of a client (such as SOPs or cover letters) are provided for that client's personal use in their application only and may not be resold or redistributed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jusoor shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Jusoor for the relevant service.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Jusoor reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if the client:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Jusoor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
