We share your full profile data — as required by each institution — to submit applications, follow up on offers, and process your student pass.

Sending the Jusoor newsletter and service updates

  • Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) — for student pass and visa processing

  • Email and CRM platforms — such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, used to manage client records and communications
  • Payment processors — to handle transactions securely

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Client application files — retained for 5 years after the conclusion of services
  • Financial records — retained for 7 years in accordance with Malaysian tax and accounting requirements
  • Newsletter subscriber data — retained until you unsubscribe
  • Website analytics data — retained for 24 months on a rolling basis

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
